Hi, I have the same problem. App asks for permission to make changes to computer but after I click "Yes" it does nothing. The uninstall and reboot computer strategy does not work. Did you solve it?
You can try this once if this will work for you. Please try uninstalling the Xerox Smart Start from your computer. Once uninstalled please reboot your computer and install Xerox Smart Start again. If this will not work then check driver for printing and scanning. Because some day ago I was facing driver issue and get resolved this way. Partner Net HEB

My computer freezes when opening the Xerox Smart Start and clicking install.
The Xerox Smart Start program shows my Printer Phaser 6510 but freezes when I hit install, or advanced install.
Anybody can help me.
