I have a WorkCentre 7435 and am trying to print a custom sized 8.5" x 5.5" document in the bypass tray. The document is sized 8.5" x 5.5" and I assign the paper in the bypass tray as 8.5" x 5.5" on the printer - but it still won't print. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!
