Unfortunately none of the above options seem to be working, I’m still getting the “user account is depleted” error message.

At this point, I would try reinstalling the print driver on your computer. Try downloading and installing the Xerox Smart Start driver and see if you still can't print. Download Xerox Smart Start

When I enter the user code on the machine, this message popped up ( see image). However I was able to successfully make a copy & it printed fine.
Are you able to make copies on the scanner? Do they print fine?

Thank you for the above info. I followed the instructions in that link, when I tried to reset & click on apply, it doesn’t change anything.
Is there any other possible solution?
This error occurs when there is not enough Xerox Standard Accounting (XSA) credits available to complete the job. The XSA administrator will have to reset the usage limits for the affected user. If necessary, contact your XSA administrator or System Administrator to correct the issue

Hello,
I'm having trouble printing a PDF document. I did see a previous post where it was just a matter of changing the paper size for printing. I tried that but didn't work.
The error message I get when I try to print says: "Job deleted because user account is depleted. Notify administrator before trying again."
Could you please assist.
