Can't print Red Color

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

Hi,

I can't fix this issue since two months.

My workcenter is 18 months aged.

I clean and calibrate colors but all the red things on a page are printed green. The mixed with red like orange are green too..

The problem is only for this color so I tried with another toner, I reset my workcenter, tried many things without success like uploading firmware.

So have you got an idea please ?

Sounds like you have tried everything already, so it would be a hardware escalation: 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
