Can't print black colour

I searched our knowledge base and found this article for partial blank pages or one color is missing. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Hello, My printer only prints black ink on the far left side of the page, the rest of the page is completely blank, and the other colours print normally. I tried changing the toner but the problem persisted.

Any idea what is causing the problem?
