Thank you for using the Support Forum. The WorkCentre 7120/7125 is not supported on macOS Catalina 10.15. as you can see on the Catalina compatibility document. Please take a look at this article in the online support that will help you to print using a generic driver. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Helllo everyone,

I have a printer at my coworking space but it is impossible to print the driver. I have a failure message. I tried many times but it doesn't work... Could you help me please? Where can i find the right hardware?
