Here are a few things that you can check, if the problem persists I would suggest contacting the support department @ 1-800-821-2797.
Make sure that the attributes in the driver settings and the document you're trying to print match.
Make Sure the Paper Tray is Installed Correctly. If Necessary, Remove and Re-install the Tray
Check the paper in the tray and adjust guides if necessary.
Power the printer on and off.
I am trying to print from Tray 2. I set the paper feed to Tray 2.
But then when I print, the printer says Paper not available in Tray 1. Every time, the printer dialog box defaults back to Tray 1 (Bypass).
Myprinter driver version is 4.22.2. I have tried deleting the printer and readding it. Nothing works.
I am printing from Acrobat.
