As previously stated, it doesn't get moved to completed jobs but get's deleted. The error says not enough resources. I've verified that it has paper in all trays and has toner. I can print with no problem from our Windows 7 machines but all of our Windows 10 machines give the same error "Not enough resources".
Not without knowing the fault that is stated in Job Status > Completed Jobs
Thanks for that suggestion. I tried what you said using the new drivers and configuring the port, however that didn't work either. Do you have any other suggestions?
Install the same driver you are using from Windows 7 on the Windows 10 PC, and make sure to use the same sort of port. Your printer probably does not support PS, which is what the MS class driver uses (That or XPS).
Windows 10 also will try and use a WSD port instead of TCP/IP.
In short, install this driver this way:
Add a printer, choose the Printer I want wasn't listed option even if it shows up.
Then install Manually as a Local Printer
Then Create a new Port > Standard TCP/IP Port (You need to enter your m35 IP at this point)
Then make good and sure that the Query the Printer and automatically select a driver to use is not checked or you will just end up with the MS Class driver again.
After the wizard finishes, Go into Devices and printers and then right-click the printer and choose Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port and make your setup match these highlights exactly
Now you should be able to print just fine
I recently upgraded some computers to Windows 10 from Windows 7 and now they can't print to our Xerox Workcentre M35. I've used the drivers that came with Windows 10 along with trying other drivers from the Xerox website with no luck.
When I send the print job the computer says it arrived at the printer. The printer says processing then it gets deleted from the printer. It doesn't get moved to the completed queue and doesn't show any more error messages. I have verified there's paper in all of the trays and the paper settings configured correctly. I can print to it with our other Windows 7 computers, just not Windows 10. Has anyone else experienced this and found a remedy?
