Which print driver are you using?  When you select Printer Properties do you see any inteface like this?

What application are you trying to print from?  What error if any do you get at the device?

This information can help with troubleshooting.

Can't print from by-pass tray

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

We just got these machines yesterday.  I have set up my by-pass with Legal paper and that is the only one it will print.  If I load labels, letterhead, or any other 8x11 paper in there, it will not pull from there.  Anyone else having these issues?  Know how to fix them?
