Hello,

I have a older Xerox Docucolor 12. I can print fine on plain paper but not on glossy paper. I found that the fuser oil was empty, filled it, tried printing 20 to 30 more sheets and still the same problem. If I run a sheet of plain paper and print a blank page after printint a large image on glossy paper, the image is ghosted on the back side of the plain paper.

Any suggestions will be greatly apreciated!
