Can't remove printer on Amazon Fire

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

My customer had set up her Amazon Fire tablet (Fire OS) to connect to her ATT router, and then to her HP 2625 printer through the router.  This was working fine.

The router developed problems - ATT replaced it.  The Fire connected to the router's wifi, and the printer was connected to the new router. The Fire now detects the new printer - all well and good.

However, the Fire also displays a printer device entry for the printer, as it was connected to the old router.  This is the default printer.  It displays "Printer not found", and forces the user to manually select the new entry for the HP 2625 in order to be able to print anything.

I've tried using the Mopria app Settings to clear cache and clear data - no luck.  How can I remove the disconnected print device?  Thanks in advance!
