Was able to work around it. When printing the PDF turned off the option to let the PDF determine the paper size.

Can't select alternate paper source

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a user trying to print a 100+ page PDF, stops part way asking for 8x10 paper. We used to be able to go to the job and select alternate paper, but now that option isn't there even though "Allow 'Print on Alternate Paper' When job is 'Held for Resources'" is set to Yes on the printer. 

Have tried a couple different printers in the building.
