That may be the way that device is designed, but I am not really sure. You may need to speak with Support for more information: 1-800-821-2797.

When I select the tray, the paper type/paper weight dissapears, and when I select paper type/paper weight, the tray dissappears. How I specify both simultaneously? Printer model is C310.
