No, they can't change the name, either you installed your print driver and shared it out on the network, and they are printing through your shared driver, or your login is in use on their PC/workstation

Can you change the name of the job owner?

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

A co-worker printed a document from our Xerox AltaLink C8070 printer, but my name is listed as the job owner. Why would this be? Is it possible for someone to change the name of the job owner from theirs to another person's?
