Can you help me identify this printing issue? Phaser 6500

Product Name: Phaser 6500
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I don't want to replace an expensive part if its not the correct one.....printer worked fine for the last 4 years with very little use, but now its printing this way.  I've swapped out all of the cartridges and that's not the problem.  I can handle the blue lines going horizontal, but the vertical missing text/light printing running down the page is a dealbreaker.  Any ideas?  Thanks, Kim
