Cannot Register new Printer to new Fiery server

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

New Altalink and Fiery were installed ( C8155 and Ex C 8100 -8C26) Was able to add Fiery to the Command Workstation and it now allows printing. 

Changed the Admin password. However in order to synchronize the Printer and  Fiery Server to get aFiery  Icon to show up on the printer UI, there is a registration step that needs to be done on the Fiery Web tool. 

When I go to the "printer registration option" I get prompted to "Enter the Xerox System Administrator ID for  your printer" This allows the Fiery server to synchronize with the printer"  . 

In earlier steps I also had to change the admin password on the printer, which was done. 

I also had to change the Administrator password of the Fiery and I changed it too. 

Unfortunately this prompt  fo the printer registration, does not accept either the Admin password for the new printer, nor the admin passwor for the Fiery. 

I might have locked it and I do not know how long the lock time is. I retried these 2 passwords after about 1 hou and it still tells me it's the worng password and the registration failed and says to try again later. 

I cannot complete the registration and the Fiery Icon does not show on the Printer UI. 

However I  have been able to drag and drop documents to this new  Fiery server and print on this new printer. 

So for now we are using it but it doesnt seem the regsotration was completed.
