I cannot reset my admin password.
I bought Xerox B210 printer for my own use. I must have set admin password, but I cannot find it.
I was told by chat help to reinstall software, but that did not work. I tried to reset the printer to factory setting, but I need a password to do that.
I am using Windows 10, all up to date. I have uninstalled all Xerox printer software using both the Xerox uninstall program and using Windows. I restarted the PC. I turned off the printer.
I downloaded the driver for the B210 and ran setup. I followed the Wireless Network Connection as per the installation directions and YouTube video. But I unable to get to the Admin page in which I use the factory setting of the serial number for the initial password.
The prompt I get: new window opens with the letter “i” 10.0.0.159/SaveChanges.cgi. Sign in. http://10.0.0.159. Your connection to this site is not private”. Then it asks for Username and Password.
I am stuck!

I ended up returning the printer for a new one. Doesn't seem like the most cost-effective solution.
thank you Zerox! Seriously, great treatement
To others reading this case please remember the password may be case specific on your printer. Make sure you enter the Serial number with the capitalization when trying the serial number as the default password.
Centre Ware Internet Services (B215 on Catalina) will not accept my new password. I'm advised to factory reset network settings to resolve. I cannot do this in CWIS as the password will not work. I cannot do it using Easy Printer Manager as it is not supported in Catalina. How can I do this?
If the printer had worked and you forgot the password, call Xerox. You may end up having to get a replacent printer if it's under warranty (within one year, I believe).
If the printer never worked with a Mac, call the apple help line. They will walk you through the fix (pretty easy). Also, check the Apple support forum. They might have the steps listed.
Just got off the phone with Xerox support. The password can be reset by unplugging the machine for 5 minutes and then reinstalling it from scratch on your computer. It has to be at least 5 minutes! Once you run through the setup process and access your printer's admin webpage you should see a note that says that the printer password has reverted to the default and be given the option to reset it. Apparently, this doesn't work all the time, but it worked for me. Good luck!
I ran into the same issue today on my B210. For me the problem was that the password I initially set was too long (>32 characters) but the interface didn't verify the input. When truncating the password to the first 32 characters I was able to login again.
