Cannot clear printer jam error mssage

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10

I tried to print a page but is was designated "letter" size, not A4. it started to print but paper went part way in then stopped with "paper jam" error. Opened back as requested and pulled the paper out. I have done this many times because I am set for A4 but if I prnt from a web site, it thinks it should be "letter".

This time, after removing the paper, the error message remained on and I can no longer print.

Any suggestions on how I can clear this error message would be gratefully received.

Hello Tony,

If you have followed all the steps to clear the jam, I would suggest deleting the job from the print queue and powering the device off for 2 minutes and back on to clear the error message.
