Its a firmware failure or a hardware failure.
To eliminate firmware/software, follow these instructions with the firmware for this device. (This will wipe all data completely from the printer)
The printer is set up for DHCP but it shows the IP and subnet as 0.0.0.0, tried a static IP setup, assigning the IP, mask, and gateway, it return all values to 0.0.0.0 when I check the connection setup. very frustrating. the port on the switch is active, the port on the printer has flashing led RCV and a constant led for TRX.
any help will be appreciated.
