Cannot connect .WPS pin not recognised

 From the printer side 

open the tray 1 and close it then the tray 1 paper settings window will open automaticlly 

1. To select a paper size, touch Paper Size, then select a size for examble  A4 
2. To select a paper type, touch Paper Type, then select a paper type for examble plain

If the paper settings window did not open automaticlly 

1. At the printer control panel, press the Home button.
2. Touch Device then Paper Trays >Touch Tray 1 and do as above 

From the PC

close the Application which you tried to print the document from then apply the same settings which you earlier configured in the tray

 If the issue still please take a picture for the error message

check the paper setting on Both the printer and the driver  ; it seems that the paper loaded in the printer have a different settings which in the driver

Now connected as per your instructions but refuses to print. Printer status not available message appears. on Xerox printer status screen. In windows shows connected but error status. Still working fine with first laptop. Got me connected on second device but still cannot print . Any further ideas gratefully received

Hi JohnHayling

First Install this Driver 

then go to printers& scanners >Select Add a printer then Select The printer that I want isn’t listed
then Select ‘Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname’  and enter the printer ip Address 
 

**Ensure that the ‘Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use’ checkbox is not
selected

Just purchased B125 and set up wireless connection on my wife's Samsung laptop (windows 10)no problem. Then tried to connect to my Dell (windows 10) by adding new printer. Found B125 then asked for WPS pin. Input as per paperwork but pin not recognised.- waiting too long.
Any ideas of wher I can go from here ?
