From the printer side
open the tray 1 and close it then the tray 1 paper settings window will open automaticlly
If the paper settings window did not open automaticlly
From the PC
close the Application which you tried to print the document from then apply the same settings which you earlier configured in the tray
If the issue still please take a picture for the error message

check the paper setting on Both the printer and the driver ; it seems that the paper loaded in the printer have a different settings which in the driver

then go to printers& scanners >Select Add a printer then Select The printer that I want isn’t listed
then Select ‘Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname’ and enter the printer ip Address
**Ensure that the ‘Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use’ checkbox is not
selected
