Hello Nadapooh#1, 

 

Here are a couple of link the first one is for not being able to access centreware internet services (CWIS). The second is for turning off the banner page so you don't have to go looing for it again.

Enable or Disable the Banner Page / Sheet

 

If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100

Cannot disengage banner page

Product Name: Xerox B205 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a Xerox B205, and I cannot figure out how to discontinue the banner page from printing every time i print documents. I've tried several things and nothing's worked. I just attempted to get help by goint to www. support.xerox.com, but every time i enter the IP address for this machine it never finds the page so that i continue the process of disengaging it. I'm not sure if that's a problem with my windows or mCafee firewall settings at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
