Cannot enter into Admin Account

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

i would like to do some configuration in the "Centre Ware Internet Services" for my Xerox 3335. I am not able to enter this page with admin/1111.

For resetting the admin password, i can do a factory reset if necessary, but i don´t know to do this on the printer... Maybe hold any button at power on?

Hello Max76, 

The admin password can also be the devices serial number have you tried that yet?  I also searched our online knowledge base and found this solution for resetting the admin password.

I have same problem.

I bypassed setting an admin password on first startup.

Now, I cant log in to admin account.

On printer control panel massage is diplayed about disable authentication (no matter password is 1111 or machine serial number). On the oher hand, configuration report says that the ethernet card is disabled, so it is impossible to log in via web browser.

Is there a way to reset all settings of the printer from printer panel and start from beginning?

Or maybe some tool allowing to enable ethernet card via usb cable?
