I would just make sure you are following all the steps on how to fold and staple a booklet. I searched our KB and found the steps HERE.

Cannot fold and staple booklets

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello there, hoping someone can help me.

 

I'm trying and failing to print out some booklets, everything is coming out fine apart from the fact it wont fold and staple which is wasting a lot of my time!

 

I have it saved as a saved setting (works for everyone else in the office), I have also tried creating new settings, uninstalling and re-installing the printer, updating the drivers etc. I'm at a loss as to what is going on here. Please help!
