I have found this. Please try:
Make sure to set the tray settings on the printer exactly with the same values.

Hi,
I'm really sorry but I don't have any 560 to do a step by step procedure for you. You should contact your local support centre. In the meantime, maybe some one else can help you.
Sorry
Rui
I have tried that driver also. It keeps telling me that I have the wrong paper size/oreintation loaded.
Hi,
If it doesn't go to the queue, then you may have a problem with the instalation. Please try to install this driver.

Rui
I tried your suggestion. It doesn't go to the queue with the Fiery driver at all if I use this method. If I use the 560 driver, it tells me the paper size or orientation is incorrect. I have tried all combinations. 8.5 x 7, 7 x 8.5, landscape, portrait. It works fine on a Xerox 7535, but not the 560. Any other ideas?
Hi,
You said: "I set page setup in my Word document to use the bypass tray". In the Word, only set the page size, leave the rest as default. If you do any change here you will overwrite the driver settings. Then do file->print and go to your printer properties. All the settings need to be done here. chose custom page size, then set the measurements, set the tray as bypass and don't forget the paper weight.

Trying to print 8.5' x 7' custom size from bypass tray on Xerox 560 using Fiery drivers. I am able to print on 8.5' x 11' from the bypass tray. When I insert paper in the bypass tray I have to specify the paper size. I set it to 8.5" by 7'. I set page setup in my Word document to use the bypass tray. When I send the print, the display on the printer says wrong paper loaded, load 8.5 x 11. I have tried the other orientation also, 7" x 8.5". Same message. I am just testing with plain paper to make it less complicated. Any ideas?
