Great!, that app worked just fine for me. Yes, it's annoing with all those ads, but it's relatively cheap to get rid of those. Ofcourse, Xerox should pay for our subscriptions... :D

Xerox Plugin doesnt work, Wifi Direct neither, really dissapointing. But I found an app on play store, Nokoprint, with it you can print on your Phaser 3020, but the app its a little bit annoying with all the ads. Its tunbelievable that xerox doesnt have a solution for this, I will try nokoprint for some days and analyze if I return the product as I cant print on my Chromebook neither. I will never recommend Xerox to anyone.

Same here. Unfortunately, Xerox Service Plug in android app officially doesn't support this model:)) And Google Cloud print should be deprecated on 1 Jan 2021.

Google print not working everytime. I don't understand why third-party app can find and use Xerox 3020 for printing from android , but Xerox app can't find the printer and print ??????? I am very disappointed .Whatever, I already returned printer to the seller , so i dont have problem anymore

I understand via https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/9633006?hl=en which was posted by one of the support reps here - that Cloud Print is ending soon - in Dec 2020

Hello , I just bought Phaser 3020 and i can't print from my phones. My printer is configured to my WiFi network and i can print wirelessly from my computer , but i can't print from my Android phones , tried with Xerox plug in and different apps but nothing is working.
