Re: Cannot print from bypass tray

Are you able to provide a screen shot of both the print driver you're using AND the paper tray settings within the web interface?

bye for now.

Re: Cannot print from bypass tray

Software is saying that it's A6, driver defauts to A4. Paper inserted in front tray is A6.

The whole idea is that I have I software that prints A6 or A4 documents on 1-click and I want to print A4 from tray 1 and A6 from front tray. But everything gets printed in A4.

There is no option that the user will reconfigure anything or choose trays etc. The printer should auto choose trays or print everything from the front tray if paper is present.

Re: Cannot print from bypass tray

Are you actually trying to print on A4 and A6 paper? If so, I would make sure the document you're trying to print, the print driver settings AND the paper tray are all requiring the same paper size.

bye for now.

Cannot print from bypass tray

Product Name: Phaser 3330
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi,

I've setup the front tray in bypass mode as I understand from the manual should overide any paper settings and if loaded with any paper just print any job from bypass tray.
Meanwhile the printer prints everything from Tray1.

My setup:
Tray 1 - A4 paper

Front tray - A6 paper

I want the printer to print any job on the front tray if paper is preset or print from tray 1 if not. No problem with it on Samsung or Brother printer - this is the default setting :/
