Cannot print in color - warning code 116-723

Thanks for the liniks.  I changed the properti of the guest user to allow color printing and was able to print unsing an accounting code.

Why did I need to modify the guest access setting to get the olor ot work on named users with color permitted?

I'm unable to print in color with a user profile with a role that has color enabled with an unused copies available in the accounting quota.

The user is a memebr of a role with printing permissions losted as unlinited, with a print limit of 1000 for color with none used (0/1000).

All the dirver setting alow printing in color, or at least the settings I found in the Xerox Printer properties, Windows printer properties and prointer preferences dialog boxes.

Any help in fixing this is appreciaed.

OS: Windows 10
Print Driver: Versalink C7025 PCL6 driver vesion 7.175.0.0

Error Message from control panel:
warning 116-723 Job printed with restricted settings due to printing user role permissions
