Cannot print or clear error code 077-909

Hi,

Remove the paper tray also the bypass tray, turn the printer on one side (left) and check the paper path to see if there is a piece a paper.

There isn't a paper jam, I've tried clearing the code like I've done several times before, I've re-started many times and it still won't print.

I've also opened rear door (where the printer says there is a paper jam) and turned the machine off while open, then turned it back on.  It doesn't show the error code when it comes back on, but still cannot print.

Please help!
