This printer was working fine (I was able to print over wifi) until some time ago. Now the printer gets an IP address from my DHCP server but I cannot ping it, also a nmap scan does not show any open ports. How can I troubleshoot this? I tried to connect to the printer over USB cable from a Windows laptop, but not sure what to do next. Thanks.
