My guess is that it isn't pictures themselves, it is sandbox apps (Safari/Preview/Mail/Pages) that don't work.

MY guess is you need to finish updating the mac and reinstall the driver (Apple broke Library validation, that didn't fix it until macOS 10.15

Cannot print pictures on Mac OS Mojave

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

Since I updated my OS to Mojave, I have not been able to print pictures, only Word document.  What should I do?

I am using a MacBook Air.
