Cannot print to bypass tray

Product Name: Xerox Color C60/C70
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Hi

We have a Mac user that is unable to select the bypass tray. We have the latest driver installed. Is there anything we need to do to get the bypass tray to appear. It works fine from Windows machines.

The OS is macOS 10.15: Catalina
