We recently bought new laptops for everyone on staff. They are running Monterey with the latest xerox driver for the C8030. From what I can tell, everything is setup properly for the printer including the accounting settings. However, there is only one of the laptops that will print to this printer. I believe that the only reason it works is because all of the settings for the printer were brought over to the new Mac from an existing Mac through the Migration Assistant. The others have either been setup from scratch or migrated from a PC. Not a single one will print to the printer. Even on the one that does print, any document on the web or in certain apps has to be opened in Preview for it to print. I honestly do not understand why it is so difficult to setup a printer. This seems like it should be a fairly easy task. It is obviously communicating with the printer, because it prints an error page saying that there is an issue with accounting codes. I have checked this setting multiple times, and they all match the one that actually will print. Any help would be appreciated.
