Disclaimer: I wrote the following app.
NetPrinter -- available from the Google Play Store, free although can be bought to make it ad-free -- can print to the 3020 in URF (AirPrint) format. Direct WiFi support is still in the works but the 3020 is not only a Direct WiFi printer but a regular network one, with support for half a dozen various network protocols (RAW, LPD, IPP, HTTP, mDNS, etc). This means that as soon as it connects to your local network using regular WiFi and gets an IP address, apps like mine can print to it without problems.
Thank you @tibor Svarc
I've just bought the "PrinterShare: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dynamixsoftware.printershare&hl=en-GB" and it's working perfectly.
I'm also sad, beucase a have to buy a new app to print from my phone to my Wifi printer, but it's ok, always learning.
To you folks from "Xerox" it's regrettable. I'm for sure, that some hours of a good developer can solve that problem. You should buy PrinterShare from Dynamix... Just a hint.
Hi.
I'm using PrintHand (paid, as non-licenced version doesn't work, it's just a "preview"), and while it can't find original Phaser 3020 driver, it works with "generic Xerox Phaser 3020" driver, which can be found in Generic/Generic Xerox folder, named "Generic Xerox Phaser 3020". I don't know does anyone need some special driver features, but this one works just fine for me after setting up as wireless printer with RAW protocol (doesn't have any other). Nice, fast and correct printouts :-)

To bad, there is no original, Xerox app/plugin that recognizes Phaser 3020 on Android devices. The forementioned apps also do not recognize this specific printer, they use generic drivers, but they do provide basic functionality.
It would be very nice if Xerox would develop and publish an Android app/plugin that will recognise this printer.Like other big manufacturers (Epson, HP, Samsung...) Specially, since from January 1-st 2021. Google terminated it's Cloud print service on which Xerox relied so far.
Hello Julian1,
Have you tried printing from Chrome Print click here for steps on how to do so.

Hi.
I've just bought a Xerox Phaser 3020, and I can't print on it using my android phone. I wife has an IOS and can print without any problem.
I also have another phone with a previous Android version, and I'm facing the same problem. I've tried Mopria and Xerox Print Service Pluggin with out success.
Can you please help me to understand what do I have to do? Thanks.
Find the option to select your printer. The Android device displays a list of printers that are available on the Wi-Fi network. Find your printer on the list, and then tap to select it. Make any changes to the available printing options, if desired. Tap Print to send the print job to the printer. You may tap Printer Settings to see additional print options.
