Cannot print

Product Name: Phaser 3330
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

When I try to print, I get an error message:

"Print Error while printing."

The only option seems to be to click OK.

 

I am printing pages from a pdf file. Before I try to print, the printer says "ready to print".

 

I have installed the printer driver for Big Sur, namely Driver 5.7.2. When I first did this, printing worked OK,

but it doesn't any more. Any suggestions for how to fix this would be welcome. Thank you.

Hello Chrissor,

Are you able to print from other applications like Word? When printing from PDF, select Print as Image in the advanced options of the print window.
