Cannot see "Xerox Printer Properties" on 6655 driver in Win10

If there is I don't know it, you would need to ask Microsoft for sure.

But if it is server installed and pushed, you just set it server side before it gets pushed and it will be selected.

If they don't have rights to change anything, they should not have rights to install it in the first place, so if an admin is installing it locally and not pushing it from a server or via group policy, then they need to select it after install.

But Xerox does not make things get greyed out, that is at the OS level via permissions.

The users with this issue don't have local admin rights. Is there a workaround? I want to tell users how to turn on accounting and enter a PIN. I'm trying to avoid having my IT staff touch everyone of these computers.

That would imply 1 of 2 scenarios.

1. You don't have admin rights

2. The printer is shared from a server (Client PC cannot change Printer Properties no matter the user)

I installed Xerox print experience and reloaded the Xerox v4 driver. Now I have the Xerox Printer Properties option, but when I select it all the options are grayed out.

You need the Xerox print experience app to get that in conjunction with the Xerox v4 driver.

You do not get it with the MS supplied Xerox class driver (The one you get if you don't uncheck the Query the printer box)

I installed driver 6.159.10.0 (V4 PS) on several Windows 10 computers. On some of them, when I right-click on the printer icon in devices and printers, I get an option titled "Xerox Printer Properties". On others, I don't.

Any idea how to get this on all the computers?

I need this option to follow the documentation for features such as accounting codes and secure print.  Thanks in advance for help.
