Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please uninstall any and all Phaser 6280 drivers from the PC. After you remove them all including the Global driver, reboot your PC. Then install the Global Driver V3 not V4. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I have enjoyed my Phaser 6280 for many productive years and do not want to get rid of it.
But I replaced my old Win10 machine with a new one and the only driver I can install is the Xerox Global Print Driver. I can download any driver I want, but the add printer function in Windows only lets me select the Global driver. That driver does not support the MPT tray. I can print fine from Tray 2. The driver recognizes envelopes and prints them from MPT, but I cannot select the MPT tray to print labels or checks.
I can't seem to make it print from the MPT tray using the printer panel either, though that may be my ignorance about how to do that. Selecting MPT from the paper tray menu doesn't seem to do anything.
