I think we have done all we can here on the forum. Without more information about your setup and process we are just guessing at this point. I understand you are frustrated but people are just trying to help no need to be rude to them. I would suggest at this point to either contact your local support centre directly or contact the Customer Relations Group to find a resolution to your problem.
A few words for the last. No matter what driver (gpd, pcl, ps) or connection method, dont print on 4622 same with 3320 with massage:

"no issues here with printing word documents to that printer" that is bull**bleep**. Keep your customers for idiots, but not me. I'm very glad that I will not see any more these printers with never ending bugs of firmware.
Since ythis is not your "first year working as administrator", you might have noticed that you replaced a GDI/host based printer with a proper one, using PCL or PS.
This could mean font policy settings in the driver are involved.
You also didn't mention the OS and printer connection. "cheaper" printers/their driver are often "High-jacking" USB ports, which could
also cause some issues.
Look i am not first year working as administrator and if i writing that it doesnt print that is. Well when i trying to print from web interface of google drive it says "error when printing" but thats not the main. The main thing is to download that doc file and open in microsoft word (our company use office 2010 with latest updates) and then you will see the problem...

So support dont care about problem and nobody wont do something about it...Ok. Thats was the last printers xerox that we buyed. But lastly, I'll talk with your management about your lousy work, or rather about that you nothing do about customer problems. I think you are paid a salary in vain, just for nothing. There is no problem with fronts. There is a bug of firmware, printers dont print with massage nonsense like "load unstandart papper". I special gave a link on that document that you can download and see that bug. It is unacceptable to spend a thousand euros and not be able to print the most common document...
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Are you getting any kind of fault code or error message? It may be a font issue are you able to print documents other than this one? If so then it may be the font / language of the document. Try converting the document to a PDF and print as image. If that still does not work please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Thats insane. I cant print usual doc file... with latest firmware on both and latest global print driver.... But hp 1102w CAN print!!!
