Re: Card curling

I am sure it can’t be the fused the printer is less than a month old. I have worked my way through all the different paper settings and whilst some produce less curl than others there is still a very prominent curl to the pearlescent card.

Re: Card curling

Hello Rellainvites,

Typically the Fuser would be the cause of the curled output. I would make sure that the paper tray settings match exactly to the paper you are using.  If it doesn't get fixed when it is time to change the fuser module, I would recommend a service call.

Thanks,

Card curling

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur
I have C7000 versalink and everything is coming out curled.

I have tried paper, card stock, glossy card stock and in the bypass tray and main tray both portrait and landscape and nothing makes a difference.

Are there any settings that need changing or is this typical of the versalink?
