Cardstock printing problem

No idea, manual states just what I did as well. And it clearly states that Tray settings is there when you select the Menu button

My last attempt would be this.

Admin Menu > Maintenance > Adjust paper type

I would have to assume that at some point Xerox has changed the menu options, but I don't have a 6022 to see.

And here is what I have, under "admin" menu. Still, there is no option for arranging paper thickness, smtg. like "tray settings". maybe the problem is my printer factory settings.. I don't know really..

I have been looking for everywhere for "tray setting". but the breadcrumbs that you have written, doesn't exist on my phaser 6022.It is really awkward  , I don't know why I don't have the options in the printer for paper type. My printer is very new.

here is what I have in my menu. I took pictures of each main option, as I press UP button :

When you load the paper in the tray the screen should prompt you to program it. If it doesn't you can do so manually:

Menu > Tray Settings > OK >paper tray > OK > Tray Mode > OK > Panel Specified > OK > Paper Type

Hello ,

I am pretty new to the group.

I just bought my first printer, a Xerox 6022 Phaser.

I would like to print cardstock of A4. Namely thicker A4 papers.but when I press print botton, the printer screen says ' take the misfed paper" . Can you help me print this paper?

Important note : I choose thick cardstock option in my laptop software. Another info, the thing I am printing  is a pdf file, with flowers and colors,  plus the paper density is 140gr, and the manual says that we can print till 160grams. so maybe , the problem is to choose the paper type  on the printer screen, but there is no menu item for choosing tray options, or I can't find it ..christmas is close and I have to print Cards  for the loved ones. can you help me wlth choowing thickness ? thank you very much,♡
