Re: Carecast EPR Printing

Hi Gary,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for changing the default in the driver itself and see if that helps.  If changing the default in the driver does not work please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Carecast EPR Printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi Xerox Comunity,

Is anyone familiar with Electronic Patient Records printing from an application called Carecast?

We removed a 5675 device that prints EPR letters double sided and replaced it with a 5745 device.

This has now only been able to print EPR letters single sided.

My IT department insists that the letters spec are set on the device.

The device is set to print 2 sided A4 as a default on CWS page.

EPR does not pass through a windows print driver as it prints directly via the IP, so there is nothing that can be adjusted.

The printer prints documents that are through windows driver as they should.i.e 2-sided/1-sided/collated/un-collated etc.

I'm struggling to see how it is a device problem, but seeing as though the printer is the only thing thats changed, I'm running out of options!

Thanks in advance.
