I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-821-2797.
Good day.. I replaced my catridge for Xerox B225 Multifunction Printer in each 20 days, because it shows alert to replace catridge and I couldn't print at all.
But then I realize it is not because the catridge is empty, but there's error in the chip / program / counting device. Because last page printed before error shows it still have good result.
Moreover, I switch chip from brand new catridge to the old catridge (which printer told me it's already empty, and I could't print at all). Printer think that was new catridge (but only chip is new), and this old catridge still able to print 150+ pages up to now and didn't show any fading yet.
Please advise how to just "accept" this alert so I will replace the catridge only when I see ink start faded. Because it will waste of money to replace when it still good.
Thank you . . .
