I see no one has responded on this one so I would recommend contacting your Support Department. Please be sure to have your device serial number ready as they will need that to authenticate you.

CentreWare Web 6.3 Installer hanging

Product Name: CentreWare Web
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

I am upgrading from CentreWare Web 6 to 6.3. I have backed up the data base and uninstalled CentreWeb 6.0 per instructions. Rebooted. I then started the CentreWare 6.3 installer, answered all the questions and clicked install.

Its starts to install. On its first step when the installer says its installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable it hangs. Clicking cancel and it does not cancel. I do notice that Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable has been installed by the installer but it does nothing else. Also the installer is taking up 52% of the cpu and never stops.I had to end the installer task through task manger. 

I reran the installer and it finally passed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistributable installer point and installed.
