Is it possible to change the background of the user interface of the MFP
instead of the grey standard background
We would like to have our Company logo for example in the back.

No, you cannot change the background that you are referring to. However, there are other options:
- if you use an authentication method, for instance with Equitrac, Ysoft, Cirrato or other, you can customize a screen that can be always displayed by default until the user do a login. This screen is an image where you can put anything you want.
- You can build an Info EIP app. This app will display any information you need, like company logo, the nearest exit map, what you can eat at the cafeteria, any information at all. You also can add animated gif, then at the end, you can set up this app to run by default each time the device is idle. This way, when a user goes to the device, the first thing he/she will see on the User Interface is the information you want to show.

Forgot to mention that option 1 is only available for Altalink device, for now.
We need to have possibility, same like in Altalink device, company logo must be visible in the main screen of the device but device main screen is blocked by MPS software.
User must see this logo, before he will authenticate to the device. After authentication to MPS software, device is unlock and panel with icons/aplications is visible to user - features like copying, prining, ect.
Can you tell me if this scenario is possible in Versalink devices?
Would you please elaborate on how one can change the default screen using 3rd party solution? Our client uses YSoft solution. AFAIK Ysoft does not know such an option exists. Are you sure?

Please, specify how one can put a company logo on a Xerox machine, say for example, Xerox Altavista C8035
You may need to work with a Xerox Business Partner (XBP) to create an Information App that includes the information you wish. Once you have the app, it's easy to make it the default following the directions posted on here, https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/2095426.html.
If you reach out to the sales representative that you purchased your device from, they should be able to tell you about the Xerox App Gallery and how to work with a XBP to create the custom screen for you.
Creating the screen can be as simple as using a Power Point Template, creating an Information App in the App Gallery, then installing the App on the Xerox device. To do this, the XBP will need to have Partenr level access to the App Gallery and you will need to be a sub account under the Xerox Business Partner.
