We have a WorkCentre 5775 with the latest firmware installed. We are using the Xerox GPD PCL V3.6.4188.8.131.52, which is (I believe) the latest version. When users print to this machine from a PC, it works ok. However when they print to it via Citrix, especially when printing PDFs, the jobs get hung up in the print queue and sit there in a 'spooling' status for hours or even a day until someone restarts the print spooler. Then the jobs disappear. Has anyone seen this particular issue before? Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
