Clean Belt Calibration Fault

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

XPE-06-3230

 

Anyone know what this is?  We called for service two hours ago and no one has responded.

 

We've tried restarting the press, running the Xerographic set-up (it passes) and running the Color Management Tool (the press will print during the CMT but faults when a live job is sent to print).
