It is entirely possible that your software may list multiple entries for page sizes, but unlikely that the print driver does.
My C60 running any driver only has one.
Acrobat/Reader has a few entries, but since Choose Paper Source by PDF page size is not selected it shouldn't matter anyway.
The choose paper by pdf size appears to have no effect one way or another on printing capabilities.
I have discovered that there are a few different 11x17 options listed in the page setup drop down. The one that seems to consistently work, although requires further testing, is the default 'Tabloid 11x17' option. It seems like there may be some illegitimate entries in that list that are the root of this problem.
Do you think this could be the case?

024-747 means there is an incorrect parameter.
You will get it often if Acrobat/Reader is set to Choose Paper Source by PDF page size (Often the cause will be a PS error where the size is actually 11*17.01, no idea why it happens)
You can also get it if something in the settings implies the tabloid should be portrait, which is impossible. This happens more often from Illustrater/Indesign than Acrobat.
As for Equitrac, it wont be involved as it inserts nothing into the code, it just installs the driver and the driver uses an Equitrac Port. The driver is the likely issue if it isn't settings.
I work in a medium sized office, and we are constantly having on and off issues with our Xerox C60 printer.
The main issue that I see is jobs sized 11x17 not printing and returning the error 024-747.
We use a pagecounting software/hardware solution called Equitrac which each job must first gain approval to print from.
This does not seem to be the cause of the issue, as we have test computers which bypass Equitrac, that have the same issue with 11x17 print jobs.
Most often these jobs are sent via adobe reader, Adobe Acrobat, or Bluebeam Revu. It seems that no matter which options are selected, the job will almost always return this error. Different users have different experiences with these types of print jobs at varying times, although no pattern can be found.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
