We just discovered that if we run this job from the Bypass Tray, it works fine.  It doesn't work out of the internal drawers.  Odd.  But we're up and running now.  Thanks, Joe!

Archive the job and compress with Winzip.

Send me a PM with a location I can retrieve the job with.

Tell me if it is a Freeflow or External Fiery, or Bustled Fiery.and version (93.F3.12C.86 for FFPS for instance, 1.0SP2 for Fiery)

Stock type and weight as programmed in the tray and finisher type.

I will run the job in the lab with your settings and work backwards to diagnose the issue.

Hi!  I have a 40 sheet, 8.5 x 11 job I am printing.  I want to have the machine put 2 staples on the left of the sheets (about a half-inch in from the edge), to make it into a booklet.  For reasons I won't go into here, we can't do this on 11x 17 and make into a folded booklet with 2 saddle-stitches.  Every time I try to print this, I get an error message that it can't put staples there with the paper orientation the way it is (8.5 x 11 LEF).  If I change the paper to SEF, the staples would be on the 8.5" side.  I need them on the 11" side.  The icon that shows when I choose 2 staples on left looks exactly like what I want, but the machine won't do it.

Any suggestions?
