91,720 means that the Motor did not stall while moving from Print to Park.
What engineers usually do first is :
• Reboot the printer and verify the error persists.
• Check that the Process Drive gear train is properly homed.
• Check for obstructions or ink spills around the Printhead.
If you're not sure about this, I do suggest getting an engineer on site.
