Calibrated the 7775 yesterday. Actually had a Xerox tech on site fixing another problem. Calibration didn't solve the problem. Even saved as PDF and printed the color change persists. The tech thought that it is related to Publisher and the newer versions not sending data properly to an older Xerox. I have used both PCL and PS drivers and the problem persits. Still waiting on call back from second level support. I have attached PDF of both prints. The ColorCube is the actual color.
We have two printers in our office, WorkCentre 7775 and ColorQube 9201. When using Publisher and printing document to both printers they come out significantly different in color. The screen appearance of the document is basically red text on a tourquoise background. When printed to the ColorQube it prints properly, When printed to WorkCentre the text is darker red and background is a dark blue. This happens with both PCL and PS drivers. Tech has told me this is a Publisher problem but it also occurs when using Word. Any suggestions or ideas?
