Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer

I am currently deployed and am having trouble with one of my VersaLink C405 printers. When you use the printer to copy, scan, print in color it works. But when you try to send something to print other than the test page it only prints in grayscale. Any help would be greatly apprecited.
